Leads are business opportunities, they are customers who provide their vital information as part of an Inbound Marketing plan so that you may discover potential clients and provide them with pertinent material until they are ready to make a purchase.
Customer Journey
Before investing their resources in a product or service offered by a brand, the customer completes a whole history of interactions with the company, this is called “Customer Journey”.
Businesses need to plan their Customer Journey so that they can provide a steady and smooth flow of actions and information to their potential clients.
