Initially, the focus was on the niche market of N.urse O.wned S.taffing A.gency (NOSA) owners, but we will soon be opening this information to more markets in healthcare as Business is Business, no matter the market.
Our ultimate goal is to allow all healthcare professionals to transition from the role of an employee to employer effectively. By creating a level playing field through offering courses, coaching, information sessions, networking events, and other resources about business operations will allow healthcare professionals to truly use their talents, experiences, and education in this field not only to market their businesses but allow us to stand out as experts in this industry.
